100 Days of Simple is an experiment in simple exercise and simple eating so to gain strength, reduce decision fatigue and establish habits that serve my health and purpose.
For me, an energised body provides clarity of thought, fresh ideas and he excitement of new possibilities. Discovering this in mid-life, I feel late to the party but thrilled with results.
