In recent years, a 'clean' approach to Keto has emerged, shifting from meat-and-butter-everything to a 'greener' plan. Fats are consumed from healthy sources such as avocado, grass-fed butter, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts and seeds and greater inclusion of vegetables, including leafy greens.
